A flag design of fruit to celebrate Memorial Day or July 4th -- yes, please! Berries are popular at any gathering and almost anyone can eat them. Serve with this a refreshing and slightly sweet, cinnamon-yogurt dip.

Ingredients
2cupsblueberries for the blue star
1cupraspberries for the red stripes
2cupsstrawberries for the red stripes
2cupsyogurt-covered pretzelssliced bananas or apples, for the white stripes
½cupplain yogurt or kefir
1teaspoonhoney or agave syrupto taste
⅛teaspooncinnamondivided
Mint leaves for garnishoptional
lemon juiceto coat apple or banana slices, optional
Instructions
Place the honey or agave syrup into a small bowl.
Slowly add the yogurt or kefir, only adding more once the honey or agave is mixed in. The colder the yogurt or kefir, the more you will need to stir to mix the honey.
Add just over half the cinnamon to the honey-yogurt mixture. Stir.
Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon on top. Garnish with a small sprig of mint.
Notes
Recommended non-dairy yogurts: CoYo (coconut) and Kite Hill (almond)To keep bananas or apples from browning, sprinkle lemon juice over the cut pieces and stir gently arranging them on the tray.
