About baking chicken breasts. Even with the moisturizing effects of the garlic paste, chicken breasts can easily dry out. Roasting them at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes allows them to cook quickly to tenderness and remain moist. At high altitude we’ve learned to use a meat thermometer to be sure, though we expect that the longer time is needed!If your chicken pieces are very thick, allow at least 10 extra minutes of bake time.
